Bio

Prior to entering the practice of law, Jonathan was a development engineer in the automobile industry. He is a licensed Patent Attorney with the United States Patent Trademark Office and is experienced in both patent and trademark prosecution and in transactional protection of all forms of intellectual property. In addition, he has substantial experience in bankruptcy, civil litigation, corporate formation, personal injury, medical malpractice, family law and father’s rights, creditor rights/collection and criminal defense. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the State of Illinois, United States District Courts in the Eastern and Western District of Kentucky, Southern District of Indiana and the Eastern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
